Here is an outstanding recipe for spicy beef and it’s great for Cinco de Mayo!
A few years ago I shared my chili colorado recipe for Cinco de Mayo and today I have created an easier recipe to help celebrate…so there is no excuse as to why you can not host this fun-filled night!
This simple recipe combines cubed beef and my homemade salsa, if you do not have time to make homemade salsa, use your favorite tomato based salsa. Place meat in a pan and cover with salsa
cover and cook for about 1 1/2 hours
You are done with this dish…to prepare the spicy beef taco, warm up a small tortilla, place the beef inside
top with my spicy cabbage slaw and serve!
This is the easiest recipe for you to make! If you are crunched for time, place the meat and the salsa in a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, and serve in the same manner. I hope this recipe was helpful for you in creating a super easy and remarkable dish!
