YUM, YUM, YUM! For those of you who know me personally and have visited my house, you would know that without a shadow of a doubt there will be some kind of dark chocolate in my freezer. Whether it’s from Trader Joe’s and it’s the dark chocolate and caramel or it’s just a dark chocolate bar, there will be dark chocolate. And if I’m going to be 100% honest, you may find mini twix bars in the freezer right now during halloween time, I know it’s not halloween but do I really need a reason??? And let me tell you, if it’s not me putting something of chocolate in the freezer, then it’s Kelsi or if I’m not eating it, I know who is, my baby girl Kelsi as she too is a dark chocolate in the freezer fan!
Yesterday I was shopping at my local Costco and I saw a package that read “bark thins” by ripple brands. Of course I just had to walk on over to see what it was as I know Costco sells a thin brownie so I thought what’s this new product all about? Oh my did it sound interesting “dark chocolate pumpkin seed with sea salt”, there was no way I was turning down buying me a pack.
As soon as I got in the car I tried to rip the bag open, it was a bit more difficult to rip open then I thought so I had to drive all the way home, yes all 3 miles (if that) just to try them. I have to say, it was well worth the anticipation, they were delicious and then some!!!! I immediately put them in my freezer when I can nimble at them any time I desire.
While I get no sponsorship or any benefit to promote this company, promoting it is an honor as it was truly amazing.
Here is a photo of the product’s bag, see how I tried to rip it open lol
and here is the product on a plate….yum yum yum!
If you are a dark chocolate lover and you are looking for some amazing chocolate, I’d recommend this product 100%. I am not a sponsor for this product but it was well worth the time to share as this chocolate is not something to pass up, I promise!
UPDATE – November 18, 2013
This past weekend I was contacted by so many people sharing that the product is no longer in their local costco. While I am not sponsored by the company, I did contact them to learn more, they said that each costco is different and purchases by region to see if your local costco will continue to sell the product or to find the product in your local market you can contact Ripple direct at (845) 353-1251, thank you!
